We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your ParadiseBathBoutique.com purchase, unless otherwise provided for below, we will give you a refund for item(s) returned. All returns are subject to verification of original sale. Paradise Bath Boutique reserves the right to limit or deny returns.

Returning an Online Purchase by Mail in the United States:

• ParadiseBathBoutique.com accepts returns with a copy of your original invoice within 30 days of the original purchase date indicated on your invoice.
• You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before any item(s) are returned. Please request a Return Authorization Number by sending an email to info@paradisebathboutique.com. 

Carefully pack the item(s) being returned along with a copy of the invoice noting the Return Authorization Number.

• Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original invoice. A Return Authorization Number is not required but highly encouraged.
• Refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the debit or credit card account used for the original order. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to post to your account.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
• Please provide a daytime phone number where we may contact you with any questions.
